• A return may be requested for any unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

• All returned items must be in their original condition, packaging, sealed, and unused. We reserve the right to reject items that show physical damage or have incomplete packaging. If any physical damage occurs during the return transit, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier and initiate a damage claim. The responsibility for damage claims lies between the customer and the carrier.

• Refunds will be processed after evaluating the returned order, and will be minus any shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.

• Once the unused product has been evaluated and confirmed, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
